Which personal training option is best for me?
If you are independent with your exercise, and are simply looking to check in with a personal trainer in Tunbridge Wells once a month to learn more detailed exercise programmes, nutritional advice, and to receive an assessment to monitor your progress, you would be most suited to the Programming Option.
On the other hand, if you are looking to accelerate results, and need the extra kick of having a personal trainer support and motivate you as you exercise, choose one of our personal training options:
Personal training clients typically complete 1-3 personal training sessions per week, depending on budget and availabilty. Your trainer will work with you in depth to develop an effective, results based exercise protocol based on the personal training sessions completed.
If you prefer to work out with a friend or partner, or in a small group, we also offer group personal training.
Whatever you decide, we will work with you to ensure every step necessary is taken to ensure results are met.
